Our debut album: The Bell Ringer

Please sign up. We have some special things in store for members

The Bell Ringer is a Holiday music and story experience consisting of 24 songs, and featuring former members of Trans-Siberian Orchestra, an America's Got Talent semi-finalist, Broadway veterans, members of legendary rock bands, as well as current members of Dream Theater. See our band page for more information. Symphony North and The Bell Ringer are not affiliated with any particular group or organization, but with every show and album sale, we're raising money for the Toys for Tots Literacy Program - more on that here.

The Bell Ringer hearkens back to the poignant storytelling of tales like A Christmas Carol, It's a Wonderful Life, and Miracle on 34th Street. A Story Summary is at bottom of this page.

The Bell Ringer is a double CD, and if you order direct from us has two bonus tracks not available on streaming sites, or from any other vendor!

Story Summary

The Bell Ringer tells the story of a man, like those we see each holiday season, standing in the cold, ringing a bell, and gently reminding us that our spare change can make a difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate than ourselves. This man has had a life filled with challenge—orphaned, homeless, drafted, widowed, and having had to make hard choices for the good of his only son. Stepping off a bus into the Bronx one cold Christmas Eve, after thirty years on the road, he just wants to come home. He has an idea of how to try, when life takes a turn, and he winds up taking the only job he can find…ringing a dented bell.

With each song, and each part of the story, the bell ringer finds someone in desperate need of his help, which he gladly offers. But as Christmas draws night, he begins to wonder if he's only drifting further and further from finally coming home.

Come along on this fateful Christmas Eve and learn that you really can come home again ...
